I guess that is that je ne sais annaa ha that comes from balancing sentiment with the reality of burden, as well as the candid sharp wit of dialogue, both between characters and in their internal conversation. Thanks for telling us about the problem.
Jul 14, Leah rated it it was amazing Recommended to Leah by: Set in Paris, deep character development, gatherung characters with checkered and interesting pasts, and small, quiet moments of pure beauty and joy. The things is, to enjoy them I have to like the characters.
They were just so sweet. I’m not attacking them for that, but it just doesn’t fit the bill in my opinion.

Camille wakes up in Philibert’s apartment and he explains what happened to her and that she must stay there until she gets better. He takes her to a pig slaughtering party and she meets his friends. For the record, I do believe many readers are confused by “chick lit” and “women’s literature” or “fiction by women writers”.
She can’t go to work because she has a fever. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it. Romance was another theme, but not in an entirely typical way.

The first nad in every sentence doesn’t have to be an expletive, Franck dear! It just really irritated me. The weaving of the characters lives together speaks to some of the universal struggles of human existence, family, history, loneliness, connection, love in a very real and effortless way.
Camille decides to take Paulette to Philibert’s apartment and take good care of her. That one is just for me. Seine ein bisschen demente Omi Alzheimer kann sie ja nicht gehabt haben, denn das ist ernsthafter und kann nicht wirklich im Familenverband so nebenbei gepflegt werden. I don’t wonder as much with this book.
And I won’t lie, I finished it on the yathering last night and cried.
