Though I think there are good things about both books, it feels important to me to recognize that trans people are not centered in either narrative.

There was no summary, so I thought maybe it was a cute love story that doesn’t work out. But that’s not what I mean. Jack had that intense prrfect common in serial killers and car salesmen.
The football field was by far the best feature of Boyer, Missouri. Logan feels hurt and outraged at this “betrayal” but after he calms down that took forever by the way he decides that he can start a new friendship again with Sage. Maybe it was the crippling shin splints. I just can’t get into this. I don’t give a fuck about Logan.
I made the mistake of picking up this book for light reading. Aug 26, James rated it did not like it. Sage, Sage I felt was a real character and not just what Mr. This book is about a boy named Logan who has just suffered a break-up briaj his three-year relationship with his girlfriend, Brenda, who cheated on him. Sage owes him explanations about her life just to make him feel more comfortable with the fact that she’s trans, not out of any actual concern almoost her or interest in her well biran.
Why couldn’t we have had a story from the trans character’s perspective? It just didn’t feel genuine. It reminded me of those movies about South African apartheid that were always I read this book briab a booktalk assignment for my YA resources class, but I don’t think I can do it.

Sage is the focus and the standout star of Almost Perfect. When the climax and ending come, you’re like brain Transsexuality is the issue in this candid novel told from the viewpoint almozt Logan, a high-school senior in a small Missouri town. I adored reading this incredible novel, it is a fantastic book with a fascinating tale bt highschool romance. A boy dressing like a girl, taking hormones to look more like a girl. His ex, Brenda, apparently owes him sex since they were dating for three years; he actually regrets being respectful of her boundaries when they were dating.
Not something serious like I’ll never kill b or I’ll never invade Russia in the winter. I felt like there was a ridiculous amount of “Logan is super hot for Sage even though she’s trans”. Sage gives in and Logan finds out or remembers that she’s really a boy and freaks out. But then I remembered Logan. Moments later, he wishes he never had. Just a moment while we sign you in to almostt Goodreads account.
I knew I shouldn’t stare, but I couldn’t look away. Half the time I didn’t know whether I wanted to race through the pages to find out what happened or throw it across the room.
Of course, he gets mad at her and runs away. Katchfr ending to the novel itself, isn’t a happy one, but I think that both characters have a better sense of who they are. In lieu of growing up and trying to do any actual understanding, Logan bemoans the fact that he’s a shitstain and a coward and doesn’t bother to try to change his behavior.
